Turtle Fur Youth Chelonia 150: Shellaclava is a hood and neck warmer all in one. Constructed from moisture-wicking Chelonia 150 fleece. Kids out all day in the cold this  thoughtful design allows for kids to stay warm and dry from all angles, with a seamless transition from the Double-Layer neck warmer to the breathable hood. It can be worn under a helmet or hat. Features flat seam hood construction which joins the double-layer fleece neck at the back and sides to keep wind and snow off their neck and out of their jacket.
